More on the sevenfold Spirit of God.
Isaiah 11:1-3 (NIV)
A shoot will come up from the stump of Jesse;
from his roots a Branch will bear fruit.
The Spirit of the Lord will rest on him--
the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding,
the Spirit of counsel and of power,
the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord--
this would be a (partial) explanation of the sevenfold Spirit -- as follows:
1. The Spirit of the LORD
2. The Spirit of wisdom
3. [The Spirit] of understanding
4. The Spirit of counsel
5. [The Spirit] of power
6. The Spirit of knowledge
7. [The Spirit] of the fear of the LORD
fascinating, eh? hm...

I take that as spiritual blessings.
As all those descriptors are related to wisdom, it seems that God highly values wisdom because it is a large part of who He is...
i read that list as 7 different ways of saying essentially the same thing
I'm glad you posted the list of the seven~fold Spirit. I agree with Xander that God seems focused on wisdom. Mayhpas we should push into that??
